1. general
When are you open?
You can find the current opening hours here. We are open all year round from Monday to Sunday, including public holidays. We are only closed on 24.12, 25.12 and 31.12. .
Is there WLAN?
Yes, free WLAN is available. If you ask at the counter, we will be happy to give you the password.
Are there power sockets?
The sockets in the pink container and in the golden pavilion may be used.
Is the café barrier-free?
The entrance via the bridge and to both serving stations is barrier-free. We are working on being able to offer a barrier-free WC in the near future.
Are dogs allowed?
Of course we are happy to have your companions. Water bowls are distributed on the pontoon.
Is there covered seating?
Both the Pink Container and the Golden Pavilion have plenty of comfortable seating, which is heated in winter. In the outdoor area you will find small open greenhouses and sunshades that can be used all year round.
Can I take my bike onto the pontoon?
Bicycles may not be taken onto the bridge or the pontoon. There are plenty of bike racks in front of our entrance. Please bring a good lock with you.
Do children have to wear life jackets?
Life jackets are not compulsory. During their stay with us, children are under the supervision of their parents or guardians. Children's life jackets can be borrowed from us free of charge.
Is mooring by boat permitted?
As a guest, you can moor your boat for the duration of your stay at our landing stages (recognizable by the steps). Please note: stay close to your boat during your stay, you need very good fendering and do not underestimate the current.
2. food & drinks
Do you have lunch?
You can find the menu here. We also offer a small, varied lunch menu, which changes regularly. The lunch menu is displayed on site.
Which coffee do you offer?
We use beans from the Public Coffee Roasters roastery on the pontoon next door.
Do you have vegan / gluten-free options?
You will always find vegan and gluten-free options among our dishes, whether savory or sweet. If you have any intolerances, please speak to our team on site.
3. order & payment
Is there table service or self-collection?
We do not offer table service. You can get cake and drinks directly at the stations. For food that is freshly prepared in the kitchen, we always give you a beeper. The food must then be collected from the "Rosa Container". We therefore ask you to put your dishes in the gray dish boxes that are distributed outside when you leave your place.
Where can I order on the pontoon?
You will find our main dispensary, the "Rosa Container", at the end of the pontoon. The Golden Pavilion is always open during opening hours, but the second serving station is only open at weekends. You will find the same offer at both stations. Have a look at our menu here. On summer weekends we open our barbecue hut outside, where we serve freshly tapped beer and occasionally delicious grilled dishes.
Is contactless payment possible?
Yes, EC, credit card and mobile pay are possible.
Is it also available to-go?
We can also offer you most of the food and drinks for take away.
4. reservation
Can I make a reservation with you?
We do not take reservations. We offer self-service at a coffee hatch. Everyone looks for a nice place on the pontoon themselves. No table service, no closed events. We are a place for EVERYONE and don't send anyone away from their place. If you have any further questions, please email us at info@entenwerder.com.
